• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data
• Correctness of calculations, P&L reports, or portfolio analytics
• Availability or reliability of third-party data providers (yfinance, etc.)
• Accuracy of user-entered data or transactions

You are responsible for verifying all data and calculations independently. Do not rely solely on this platform for financial decisions.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Verify all data entered and generated by the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service for illegal activities or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform security
• Not share access credentials with unauthorized parties
• Back up your critical data independently

12. Multi-Tenant Access and Data Isolation

In our multi-tenant architecture:

• You are responsible for managing access controls in your workspace
• We implement logical data isolation but are NOT liable for data leakage
• You must verify that invited users have appropriate permissions
• Shared data within a workspace is the responsibility of the workspace owner

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Any reason or no reason, with or without notice

Upon termination, we are NOT obligated to retain or return your data.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is YOUR responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
