1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember information about your visit, making your experience more efficient and personalized.
2. How We Use Cookies
Paisashield uses cookies for essential platform functionality and security. We do NOT use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.
3. Types of Cookies We Use

3.2 Performance Cookies (Optional)
We currently do NOT use performance or analytics cookies. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent.
3.3 Marketing Cookies (Not Used)
We do NOT use marketing, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.
4. Third-Party Cookies
We do NOT allow third-party cookies on our platform with the following exceptions:
- Email Service (Resend): May set cookies when you click email verification links (redirects through their system)
- CDN Providers: May set cookies for content delivery optimization (Tailwind CSS, Font Awesome)
We have no control over third-party cookies. Refer to their privacy policies for details.
5. Managing Cookies
5.1 Browser Settings
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through settings. You can:
- Block all cookies
- Accept only first-party cookies
- Delete cookies after each session
- View and delete stored cookies
Common browser cookie settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
5.2 Impact of Blocking Cookies
Warning:
If you block or delete essential cookies, Paisashield will NOT function properly. You may not be able to:
- Log in to your account
- Stay authenticated during your session
- Submit forms securely (CSRF protection)
- Remember your workspace/company selection
6. Flash Cookies and Local Storage
We do NOT use Flash cookies, but we may use HTML5 local storage for:
- Caching UI preferences (e.g., table column visibility)
- Temporary storage of form data to prevent loss
Local storage can be cleared through your browser's developer tools or privacy settings.
7. Do Not Track (DNT)
Some browsers support "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Because we do NOT track users across websites, we do not respond to DNT signals. Our essential cookies will still be used regardless of DNT settings.
8. Cookie Consent
By using Paisashield, you consent to the use of essential cookies as described in this policy. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will:
- Display a cookie consent banner
- Request explicit consent before setting non-essential cookies
- Provide options to accept or reject non-essential cookies
9. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
